In compliance with Law No. 14,611 of July 4, 2023, Decree No. 11,795, and MTE Ordinance No. 3,714, as well as the commitments of DORMER PRAMET SOLUCOES PARA USINAGEM LTDA to promote diversity and inclusion practices, we publish the report of transparency and equal pay prepared by the Ministry of Labor and Employment. See the document in the Related Links section

The Report was developed by the Ministry of Labor and Employment based on information from the year 2022, and was grouped according to the Major Groups of the CBO (Brazilian Classification of Occupations).

The Brazilian Classification of Occupations (CBO) is a system used in Brazil to identify, define and classify occupations existing in the Brazilian labor market. It serves as a reference for evaluating positions and salaries, thus the CBO organizes and describes economic and professional activities, allowing them to be categorized in a standardized way for administrative and statistical purposes.

Naturally, considering general data protection law and in compliance with our data privacy policy, the report is anonymized.

This is an important initiative in our country to promote gender equity and ensure that everyone is treated fairly. We take advantage of and reinforce our commitment to gender equality and will continue working to have a fair and inclusive environment.
