STD series – versatile shoulder milling series

Maximum versatility with optimized cost per part

The STD11 and STD17 ranges combine milling cutters with triangular inserts featuring three cutting edges. This helps you achieve high productivity, smooth cutting performance, and lower cost per workpiece across a wide range of applications and materials. Dedicated geometries cover light, medium, and rough machining, as well as aluminum cutting. The STD11 supports depths of cut up to 7 mm; the STD17 up to 11mm. Together, the range provides a complete positive triangular insert solution for cutter diameters from 20 mm to 200 mm. Designed for applications from general engineering, die and mold, automotive and aerospace to high-volume production. It delivers process security, long tool life, and 90-degree wall accuracy.

Solid carbide chamfer mills

Expand your machining capabilities with versatile, high-performance chamfering

Introducing a new generation of multi-flute solid carbide chamfer mills designed to deliver versatile, high-performance chamfering across a wide range of materials and applications. The expanded assortment includes chamfer mills in metric and inch sizes, and deburring mills, and quarter-round mills in metric sizes, with 60°, 90° and 120° point angles and 3-, 4-, 5- and 6-flute geometries. The range covers steel, stainless steel, cast iron, non-ferrous materials, super alloys, and titanium, making it well suited for chamfering, deburring, and edge profiling in mixed-production environments. Higher flute counts provide smoother cutting action, improved surface finish, efficient material removal, and reduced tool stress for reliable performance across multiple materials.
