New E-shop features to help you stay in control

We are continuing to enhance the Dormer Pramet E-shop with new features designed to make everyday tasks easier, faster and more transparent.
Following the expansion of the My Account area earlier this year, we are introducing further improvements that give customers better visibility of their orders, easier access for their teams and a smoother onboarding experience.
Whether you already use our E-shop regularly or are just starting your digital journey with us, these updates are here to help you find the information you need when you need it.
Track your open orders and deliveries more easily
Customers with an E-shop account can now see all their open order lines that already have a planned delivery date — along with the date itself — in a single view, making it easy to keep track of what is on its way and when. The updated view allows you to sort order lines by creation date or shipping date, with the oldest lines shown first by default. Where applicable, multiple confirmed delivery dates and quantities are also displayed for the same order line, giving you a clearer picture of what is coming and when. This means less time spent searching for updates and more confidence when planning your next steps.
Give your team the right level of access
We have added a new viewer-only user role in the E-shop, giving account administrators more flexibility when managing team access. Administrators can assign or change a colleague's role at any time from the Administration page in My Account. Selected colleagues can now be given access to view useful information such as stock availability and prices, without the ability to place orders or see invoices. This is especially helpful for shopfloor teams, purchasing support roles or distributor customer service teams who need quick access to information during their daily work.

With a personal account, you can quickly access useful information such as order status, stock availability, prices and account-related services, without needing to contact customer service for every request.
